Ms. Stelmack serves as a Greeley consultant and brings over 20 years experience in quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, case management and healthcare accreditation and compliance. Ms. Stelmack's background in nursing allows her to apply real world healthcare knowledge to the challenges facing healthcare today.

Prior to becoming a member of The Greeley Company team, Ms. Stelmack held the position of Director of Quality Resources where she facilitated an organizational shift to a data driven culture to improving quality and patient safety. Ms. Stelmack also facilitated the design and implementation of safety strategies that led to a reduction in hospital malpractice rates. Ms. Stelmack has led the successful completion of many Joint Commission and CMS surveys during her career.

Ms. Stelmack has previously served as the Chairperson, VHA Georgia CQI Directors Council and the Assistant Secretary Florida Society for Hospital-based Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Ms. Stelmack received her nursing degree at Burbank Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science in Health Arts from the University of St Francis where she is also pursuing her Masters in Healthcare Administration. Ms. Stelmack is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
