The Center’s mission is to help our members create and sustain a program of continuous survey readiness through focusing on those core issues that result in the highest level of regulatory noncompliance. - Is Center membership for everyone?
- The Center for Healthcare Accreditation is not for every organization. The “Center’s” main value proposition and mission is to partner with members to hardwire compliance processes into their organization by building solutions into the natural processes of care. To achieve this, our philosophy is to interpret the regulations in the most basic form, assess the organization´s practices and help the organization marry their processes with sound clinical compliance solutions. We accomplish this goal by developing a core benefits package that includes on-site consulting days and continuous senior advisor support. Additionally, a minimum of a two year commitment is required to join the Center.

- Describe your assessment process and methodology.
- Center members receive an annual on-site evaluation of the organization´s accreditation and certification vulnerabilities in relationship to their compliance readiness status. Our assessment tool focuses on those elements of performance that result in the majority of survey findings. Our tool generates a score of readiness and allows us to formulate corrective actions to help our members move into compliance. This allows leadership to keep pace with the organization´s overall compliance level. The vulnerability assessment also helps members focus and prioritize their compliance efforts for maximum resource allocation.
