The Center library (of policies and procedures) grows continuously, and I can request and receive additional information by e-mail. The audio conferences are well done and are conveniently stored in the library archive. It is well worth the investment for our organization. Memorial Hospital Pembroke has been a member of the Center for Healthcare Accreditation for over a year. We have been a Greeley client for years but decided to take advantage of the many benefits the center has to offer. One of the best features is the access to a Senior Accreditation Advisor. You always have someone readily available to discuss accreditation changes and to guide you thru the implementation.
